TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to our Pre-Order Store. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. CROWDFUNDING & DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge that you are purchasing a product that is currently in production or final development. Estimated delivery dates are our best projections based on current manufacturing schedules. While we make every effort to meet these dates, delays in manufacturing, custom proofing, ocean freight, and customs clearance can occur. We will keep you regularly updated on our production progress.

2. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
As detailed in our Return Policy, all pre-orders and sales are final. Once a transaction is completed, funds are committed directly to production and cannot be refunded or canceled.

3. VIP / EARLY BACKER REWARD ELIGIBILITY
Exclusive VIP rewards are strictly reserved for early reservation supporters who also actively backed our live Kickstarter campaign at a physical reward tier. 

Merely placing a pre-order through this store at a later date, or signing up for the early notification list without an active, matching Kickstarter pledge during the campaign period, does not qualify you for the VIP reward. If you did not actively back the campaign on Kickstarter, the VIP item will not be shipped to you.

4. SHIPPING, TAXES, AND IMPORT DUTIES
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or failure to collect it from a local depot, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- Import Taxes & VAT: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or import fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
